He was born in Adana in 1954. After completing his primary and high school education in Adana, he studied Production Engineering at the Faculty of Production Technology and Business Administration at The University of Aston in Birmingham, England.

After working as a senior manager in some textile factories for a long time. started working as a freelancer. It exports and imports in different sectors, especially in textile products. During this period, he also worked as a managing partner in some companies established in Iraq, Romania, Morocco and the Republic of Guinea.

He still provides consultancy on foreign trade, investment and business development to companies that want to do business abroad.
