Nesrin Çıtırık was born in 1953 in Elazığ. He graduated from Rize High School. She graduated from Florence Nightingale Graduate School of Nursing. She took difference courses from Hacettepe University Hospital Administration Department and got a "Hospital Administration Master" at the Faculty of Health Sciences. She became a "Hospital Administration Scientist". She both worked and studied at Florence Nightingale High School of Nursing and during her education in Hacettepe. Then she went to England to do her PhD in Hospital Management. But for personal reasons, she returned home before she could get her doctorate. She worked at Niğde State Hospital, Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and İbni Sina Hospital as "Hospital Manager" in administrative levels. She later resigned and entered the textile industry, she opened a store. During this period, she saw that businesswomen were defined as "business lady or business lady" and "sworn" to change this. She set an ambitious goal to teach Turkey the word "Business Woman". He took part in the establishment of the "Business Women's Association", a first in Turkey, with 48 dynamic businesswomen like himself in Adana, and became the first "Founding President". She joined the Nature and Animal Protection Association in 2002 and became the General Secretary. The successful work in Adana was recognized nationally, she initiated the organization of thousands of volunteers to give a helping hand to the animals in distress in hundreds of cities. DOHAYKO reached 18 branches and 80 representatives across the country. She became a founding member of HAYTAP Animal Rights Federation in 2008. He visited more than 200 provinces, districts and towns, from Erzurum to Diyarbakır, from Bitlist to İpsala, and from Edirne to Edirne, with the help tours he made in HAYTAP, of which he is still the chairman. She has done LOBY and organization work with official institutions, the press and volunteers. She has done a total of 15,000 km in 3 years, nearly 500 official meetings, interviews and visits, and organizing activities with more than 1000 volunteers. She started a movement for the dynamic organization of civil society power wherever she went. The slogan was based on the Native American proverb "One finger cannot lift even a pebble" and taught it to everyone. He carried and continues to carry the Animal Rights Movement to the most remote areas of Anatolia. The animal rights movement became a rising light from Anatolia with her work. Nesrin Çıtırık, who is still the Chairman of the Honorary Board of Adana Business Women's Association and the President of the HAYTAP Animal Rights Federation, says, "The War of Independence in Animal Rights will be won with the struggle of the brave men and women of Anatolia," and continues on her way without any obstacles.
