Esin Parlak was born in Çorlu in 1971. He completed his primary education in Ankara, secondary and high school education in Adana Anatolian High School. He graduated from the Economics Department of Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1993 and started his career as a professional manager in the same year. During the period he worked as a professional manager, he took the franchise of famous clothing brands and operated a store, opened decoration and curtain stores and operated in different business lines. She took the university exam again in 2017 and completed her 4-year psychology education in 2021, continuing her working life as a psychologist and Family Counselor. She is one of the founding members of Adana Business Women's Association and Seyhan Soroptimist Club. Esin Parlak, who is the Founding President of the We Also Vary Support Association, is also the vice president of the Nature and Animal Protection Association. Brilliant, who is actively involved in social responsibility and social awareness projects, is married and has two children.
