He was born in Adana in 1984. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adana. He graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2007.

During the university period, she had the opportunity to improve herself by working in many jobs and social responsibility projects. After graduating from university, he stepped into corporate business life as a sales representative in Acıbadem Insurance. Throughout this period, it has succeeded in being the regional sales leader and the best sales representative every year.

At the age of 27, he became the youngest regional manager in Turkey. At the same time, he continued to work at Acıbadem Adana Hospital by obtaining authorization in the marketing and sales department. During this time, he received training in personal development and managerial training by Turkcell academy. He was trained in the field of development by Turkcell and started to give trainings such as sales, coaching, time management and communication in his own region.

In the same year, she received training from Turkey's leading people, especially in the field of manager and team coaching and development. Thus, he began to shape his career process. With the Community funding, it received the title of the project that collected the most funds in its field in Turkey. The related project was selected as the best 10 projects in Turkey by Sabancı Holding. The project, which has 2 branches in Adana, is still ongoing and provides work and reading space for dozens of young people every year. At the same time, he gave seminars and training to over 10,000 people in 7 years.

In 2016, he was selected among the 10 most talented people in the region and was included in the entrepreneurship camp by BRITISH COUNCIL. In the same year, he was among the group that organized the first entrepreneurship camp in the region and served as a mentor in this project. (Mersin Toros University)

Currently, the owner of PIN ACADEMY, the largest education consultancy and coaching company in the region, Caner Palandökens continues her life as ICF coach, entrepreneur and Tedx speaker.

He provides training in the fields of Professional Coaching, Mentoring, Brand Language, Internal Communication and Conflict, Effective Speaking Skills, Speak with Stage Art, Leadership and Management. At the same time, it carries out studies that improve the performance structure of individuals by establishing Brand Consultancy and In-house Academies in Institutions.
