Şemsi Yaşar was born in Gaziantep in 1989. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration, then completed Atatürk University Occupational Health and Safety Associate Degree Program. School life was very active and colorful. He transferred to Yapı Kredi Bank in 2013. He continued his duty at the bank until 2018. She voluntarily took a break from her job to take care of her children. 2020-2021 Orjin Academy received the Adana representative. After 1 year of experience, he left Orjin Academy to search for new ones that will serve his vision. He joined Pin Family as a Trainer-Coach. It is my vision to carry the coaching profession to the highest level in our country and even in the world, where I can provide services that will create difference and awareness to people and institutions that are constantly developing and growing. Shams, who advocates the continuation of education throughout life and the continuity of development, takes the following words of Martin Luther King as a philosophy; “If you can't fly, run, if you can't run, walk, if you can't walk, crawl, but whatever you do, keep going. Never give up and always want.”
